As everyone knows, we are in tough economic times and the things we take for granted are becoming more expensive. The Green Hornet organization is no different. Our costs have increased over the last decade in the fuel, insurance, equipment and grounds maintenance.
which is the sole responsibility of the Green Hornets (which is currently responsible for 19 baseball diamonds, softball fields and 18 multiple), and however, have not increased our costs of the family in twelve years. Like most nonprofit organizations, we are asked to do more with less ... but always knowing that we want the best for children and families who participate in sports Green Hornet.
Add to that the increased user fees now charged for the Hornets ahead to rent gyms and fields in the county and other private organizations to meet the growing needs of our sport and it becomes necessary to increase . Our organization also faces the challenge of developing new field of opportunities in our community - but it takes time and money.
